Libraries

Adelaide Hills Council has three libraries at Stirling, Woodside and Gumeracha and a Mobile Library visiting areas around the region.

Membership of the Adelaide Hills Library Service is open to the community and provides a gateway to the state-wide library network. To register for a new library card, click here to join online, or take your photo ID into your nearest Adelaide Hills Library.

As well as a state-wide network of books, audio and video resources, your local library has a range of other services:

  • Home services
  • Book sets for book clubs
  • Public computers and wireless access
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Justice of the Peace*
  • Local history collections (Stirling and Gumeracha only)
