Retirement Villages

​The Adelaide Hills Council operates six retirement villages for retired people over 55 years old. These units offer independent living for people who wish to move to a smaller home but remain near family and friends.

Villages are located in Balhannah, Bridgewater, Crafers, Gumeracha, Lobethal and Woodside.

Balhannah | 13 Junction Road, Balhannah
Seven independent living two bedroom units

Bridgewater (FH Todd Retirement Cottages) | 1 Second Avenue, Bridgewater
Six independent living two bedroom units

Crafers (Crafers War Memorial Cottages) | 2 Station Street, Crafers
Six independent living two bedroom units

Gumeracha | 5 Albert Street, Gumeracha
14 independent living one bedroom units

Lobethal | 3 Jeffrey Street, Lobethal
14 independent living one bedroom units

Woodside | 11 Nairne Road, Woodside
16 independent living one or two bedroom units
