Adelaide Hills Council publishes all tenders on the Tenders SA website. Please check the website regularly for new tenders.

Council accepts tenders lodged in two ways:
1.   Electronic lodgement through the Tenders SA website (preferred)
2.   Registered mail to "Tenders", Adelaide Hills Council, PO Box 44 Woodside SA 5244

Grants

Adelaide Hills Council's Annual Grants provide funding to eligible community groups and organisations. 

The Grants provide financial assistance to organisations to help deliver local initiatives that make a positive contribution to the Adelaide Hills community.

Adelaide Hills Council Grant Giving Policy

PRIMARY PRODUCTION INCENTIVE GRANTS
Grants up to $10,000 are available for Primary Producers and organisations servicing the primary production sector in the Adelaide Hills district.

Total grant funding available is $20,000.
Projects should improve productivity, quality, or financial or environmental sustainability. Maximising the use of emerging technologies and innovation will be viewed favourably.
Grant applications are now open and will close on 25 January 2018.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANTS
Community Development Grants offers grants of up to $2,500 for community projects that deliver a broad community benefit.

Projects could include arts & cultural development, community wellbeing, learning, environment or aboriginal culture and heritage.
Grant applications for 2017/18 are now closed. Applications for the 2018/19 financial year will open in approximately September 2018.

SPORT AND RECREATION FACILITY GRANTS

These grants are available for community organisations that provide sport or recreation services.

Grants are available for improvements or to upgrade facilities that will contribute to the development of sport and recreation within the region.

Funding is also available for facility planning documents such as master plan or feasibility study projects.

Grant applications for 2017/18 are now closed. Applications for the 2018/19 financial year will open in approximately September 2018.

Minor facility development grants up to $10,000, no matched funding required.
Major facility development from $10,000 to $40,000, funding must be matched.
Facility planning grants of up to $20,000, no matched funding required.
