Customer Service Survey on its way

We are committed to improving customer interactions with Council. As a part of this commitment we have engaged a third party research company, CSBA, to undertake a survey that will determine our customers' satisfaction with the experience they have had with Council.

If you have contacted Council through the contact centre within the past four months, you may receive a phone call from CSBA on behalf of Council. If you do, we would appreciate your time in answering a few survey questions that will help us improve the customer experience.

The survey should take only a few minutes of your time, and will commence sometime in the week begining Monday 13 August 2018.
