On the hunt for Hills Treasures

The hunt for treasured members of the Hills community is on this March! Nominate your Hills Treasure between 1 and 31 March 2016 and they will be recognised as part of what makes living in the Hills so great.

The Adelaide Hills Council, Mt Barker District Council and Alexandrina Council have joined forces to encourage people to nominate treasured Hills residents 65 years or older (or 50 years or over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people). A Hills Treasure may be a grandparent, a work colleague, a neighbour or friend and their achievements don't have to be big, only treasured. Maybe your Treasure is the best storyteller, the best cook, or the best neighbour. Maybe they're simply the one person in the world who makes you feel like no one else can.

Your Hills Treasure nominee will receive a special certificate and be included on the 2016 Hills Treasures Wall of Fame.

Nominate before close of business on Thursday 31 March.
