Successful grant helps sports ground upgrade

‚ÄčAdelaide Hills Council has been successful in receiving nearly $500,000 from Sport Australia's Move It AUS - Community Sport Infrastructure grant program. This application was made back in September 2018 for an upgrade to change room facilities at Heathfield Oval and will help Council progress its Masterplan of the site.

Council is also seeking funding for facilities supporting a Stirling and Districts Netball and Tennis Hub, upgrades to Woodside Pool, Open Air Exercise Equipment, and an extension of the Amy Gillett Bikeway. In all of these cases Federal funding is vital to help us provide our community with safe, appropriate and inclusive facilities.
