The Adelaide Hills Council has six retirement villages for retired people over 55 years, who wish to move to a smaller home but remain near family and friends.

Bridgewater (FH Todd Retirement Cottages)

1 Second Avenue Bridgewater
6 independent living 2 bedroom units

 

Crafers (Crafers War Memorial Cottages)

2 Station Street Crafers
6 independent living 2 bedroom units

 

Gumeracha

5 Albert Street Gumeracha
14 independent living 1 bedroom units

 

Lobethal

3 Jeffrey Street Lobethal
14 independent living 1 bedroom units

 

Woodside

11 Nairne Road Woodside
16 independent living 1 or 2 bedroom units

 

Priority for accommodation will address health, financial, family or social needs. There is a waiting list for the villages and to go onto this list please complete and return the form below:
