Tip passes

In line with Councils Waste Management Strategy 2011-2015 tip passes will not be provided during the 2011-2012 financial year.

This initiative will assist with reducing waste to landfill and reduce costs to Council.

Residents who are not entitled to a green organics bin will be entitled to a free green garden organics pass upon request.

To request a pass call Councils Customer Service Staff on 8408 0400.

Your request will be assessed and a tip pass posted to you if your property meets the eligible criteria.

Free green organics tip passes entitle the holder to dispose of one 6x4 trailer load of domestic green organics at the Heathfield Resource Recovery Centre, Scott Creek Road Heathfield. Loads above this size will incur additional charges. Loads must not be contaminated by other products.

Only one free tip pass per eligible rateable property will be issued per financial year.
