Council - Agendas and Minutes
Council meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Meetings are alternated between 36 Nairne Road Woodside and 63 Mt Barker Road Stirling. Meetings are also held at various venues in the district in conjunction with a Community Forum. Please check Agendas for the venue, or phone 8408 0400 for information.
Agendas of all full Council and Standing committees are placed on public display at the Corporate Office at Woodside no less than three days prior to those meetings.
Minutes are placed on display at the Corporate Office at Woodside within five days of that meeting and will be posted here, in Adobe PDF format, as they are made available.
Agendas and Minutes are also available for inspection at our service centre at Stirling as well as Woodside and Stirling libraries and Gumeracha library/service centre during library opening hours.
