Council issues guidelines regarding the healthy and considered management of animals kept in the area. Planning staff, Ranger Sevices and Environmental Health Officers are all involved as responsible officers with regard to various aspects of animal management.

Wild animals are usually best left alone, however an injured animal can be helped and specialist assistance can be given by Fauna Rescue of SA Inc. Familiarise yourself with this group at their site, click here.
