DO I NEED APPROVAL?
New waste control systems and alterations to existing systems will require approval prior to Development Plan Consent being granted.

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH UNIT
Council's Environmental Health Unit is responsible for approving waste control systems (CWMS). You can speak with an Environmental Health Officer by calling (08) 8408 0400 or emailing mail@ahc.sa.gov.au.
