Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) can help save a life during a sudden cardiac arrest. They are designed to be used before emergency services arrive and can greatly improve a person’s chance of survival.
Anyone can use an AED. It gives clear voice instructions to guide you through what to do.
Once turned on, the AED checks the person’s heart and gives a safe electric shock if needed to help get their heart beating normally again.
Don’t worry, you can’t harm someone by using an AED.
We support the safety of our community by providing AEDs at key locations in across the Hills.
