Calling hills artists, participate in SALA with Council support!

Are you an artist in the Adelaide Hills? The South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival is your opportunity to showcase your work and be part of a state-wide celebration of visual arts.

Adelaide Hills Council are once again pleased to offer SALA registration subsidies of $145 for the first 20 artists that apply. 

The Adelaide Hills is strongly represented each year in the SALA program, as galleries, home studios, cafes and businesses exhibit the work of talented local artists. 

To be eligible for this subsidy, artists must:

• Be a resident of the Adelaide Hills Council area and be exhibiting either within or outside of the area.
• Live outside of the Adelaide Hills Council area but be exhibiting within the area.
• Provide a receipt of their SALA registration.

SALA earlybird registration is from the 1 March to  April 8 .

Final SALA registrations close on the 6 May,2026.
