About the Role – Coordinator Civil Projects
This position is responsible for leading, managing and motivating engineering, project and technical officers. The position is also responsible for delivering complex civil infrastructure projects identified through Council’s Capital Works Program whilst providing program management support to the Manager Civil Services, including scheduling, cost tracking and reporting functions.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management and extensive relevant experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management frameworks and practices, and the ability to coach employees in their consistent application.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a team to achieve results and create a positive and accountable team culture.
- A current ‘C’ class motor vehicle licence (essential).
- White Card Certification (essential).
