Get Stoked! is a free community bike event bringing people together to ride, connect and have fun at the Woody Trails in Woodside.

Hosted by Lighthouse Youth Projects, this event gives young people the chance to meet experienced bike mentors and discover how riding can build confidence, resilience and positive mental health.

Lighthouse Youth Projects was founded with a simple vision: to help every young person in Australia realise their full potential. Through bikes and supportive mentoring, they create opportunities for young people, regardless of their circumstances, to feel capable, connected and empowered.

They believe bicycles can change lives. Riding offers a healthy outlet for stress, a sense of achievement, and a positive way to connect with others and the outdoors. Get Stoked! also encourages young riders to respect, care for and enjoy the Woody Trails bike tracks.
