The Uraidla Sustainability Fair returns in 2026, bringing the Adelaide Hills community together for a relaxed, family-friendly day focused on practical sustainability, local action and connection.
Held at the Uraidla Showgrounds, the Fair features sustainable market stalls, live music, hands-on activities for kids, great food, and a program of short talks and discussions designed to inspire everyday action.
Join the Sustainable Conversations
The popular Sustainable Conversations program is back, offering the chance to hear from local experts and community members working to protect our landscapes, waterways and ecosystems. These sessions are informal, accessible and ideal for students, families and anyone curious about how small changes can make a real difference.
Panel discussion: caring for land and water
A highlight of the day will be a panel discussion exploring how nutrients affect our soils, farms, forests and waterways, and what happens when those systems are pushed out of balance. The conversation will look at nutrient pollution, catchment health and what landholders and communities can do to support healthier landscapes and waterways.
A great day out for the whole family
Enjoy a wide range of sustainable stalls, ethical and locally made products, live music, delicious food, and plenty of activities to keep children engaged - or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Uraidla.
