Do you know someone in the Adelaide Hills who goes above and beyond to make our community a better place? They may be a team-mate or a volunteer, someone whose dedication, compassion, and hard work makes a real difference. Now is your chance to shine a spotlight on them! Categories are: Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, Community Event of the Year and Active Citizenship award. We'd love you to nominate someone who makes a difference to our community. Nominations open 1 October and close 15 October.

Happenings at Fabrik Arts + Heritage in Lobethal
Fabriks Arts + Heritage. South Australia's newest arts and cultural destination.
Fabrik features galleries, museum displays, workshop areas, and artist studios, all centered on textiles. The new pavilion includes a vibrant retail space offering a variety of South Australian art, furnishings, homewares, jewelry, and accessories.

Join us for our Community Forum in Lobethal!
Save the date for our community forum on Saturday, October 19, where we’ll discuss Council support for local programs, arts, culture, and inclusion. The event kicks off at 12:30 PM with refreshments, followed by an official start at 1:00 PM. After the formalities, explore the new Fabrik site, enjoy kids' crafts in the afternoon, and visit the mobile library. This is a great opportunity to share your feedback with Council staff and Elected Members.
