Retirement Villages

The Adelaide Hills Council operates the FH Todd Retirement Cottages located in Bridgewater. Featuring six units, each with two bedrooms, the retirement village facilitates independent living in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.

The Adelaide Hills Council operates a retirement village located in Bridgewater. These units offer independent living for people aged over 55 years who wish to move to a smaller home but remain near family and friends.

The village features six independent living two bedroom units:

FH Todd Retirement Cottages
1 Second Avenue, Bridgewater
Six independent living two bedroom units

Council previously owned retirement villages at Balhannah, Crafers, Gumeracha, Lobethal and Woodside. These were sold to Clayton Church Homes Inc. on 26 October 2018. Please direct all enquiries relating to these villages to Clayton Church Homes on (08) 8404 8200.
