An ACD empowers you to make clear legal arrangements for your future health care, end of life, preferred living plans and other personal matters.

You are invited to a free information session where you will gain the resources you need to better understand how to complete this important legal document.

Morning tea provided.

Please note this is NOT an event where you complete an ACD to be witnessed or certified.
