Assigning Food to Wine Workshop (Ages 18+)
Join Chris Eerden for a brief look into the effect of food ingredients on wine.
This workshop is aimed at investigating the effect that individual food ingredients can have on how a wine may taste and/or feel. Beginning with a short wine tasting session using around 5 local Adelaide Hills wines, we will move on to interpreting the impact of a range of individual food ingredients on one white variety and one red variety.
Any time food and wine get together there is plenty of fun and conversations to be had! With a passion for people, wine and food and encouraging the enjoyment that wine and food can bring to our lives, Chris has over 40 years' experience in the wine and hospitality industries and teaches at a number of hospitality and tourism schools.
Please note that over the course of the evening, you may be consuming around 2 standard glasses of wine. Please take this into consideration when arranging transport. You must be over the age of 18 to attend this workshop.
