Having been involved in environmental matters for a very long time, former Member of Parliament David Wotton had always wanted to write a book which he hopes will awaken in children the importance of water for our planet earth.
In this story a little English white cloud called Fluffy learns on his travel adventures that some countries across the globe are much drier than others. As Fluffy grows up into a big black cloud he discovers his true destiny and assists in breaking the drought in Australia.
