This spring join artist Mama Jane for an exercise in creativity, mindfulness and gratitude.

First up you will be introduced to some simple photographic principles and the benefits of walking for emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.

As a group you will then walk around the beautiful Fabrik precinct and Lobethal township, practicing some of the techniques, looking at local places and spaces through fresh eyes and discovering the extraordinary in the ordinary.

After that we will head back to Fabrik to share our experiences and some of our freshly taken images with the group.

By the end of the session you will finish up with a collection of photographs that can be printed, made into postcards, framed and gifted, or incorporated into your existing creative practice.

Whether you are local to Lobethal and Fabrik or a first-time visitor, this will be a gentle and inspiring experience shared with other like-minded individuals.
