Vote now for the SA Agricultural Town of the Year
The Agricultural Town of the Year Award, presented by the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA) in partnership with InDaily, recognises the vital role agriculture plays in the life and prosperity of regional South Australia. The award shines a spotlight on towns that lead in agricultural practices and are outstanding places to live, work, and grow.
This initiative celebrates not only agricultural excellence but also the strength of community spirit and the innovation that drives our regions forward. It encourages knowledge-sharing and collaboration, helping towns across the state learn from each other and build a more sustainable future.
We’re proud to announce that five towns in the Adelaide Hills Council area; Aldgate, Mount Torrens, Balhannah, Mylor and Stirling have been nominated for the 2025 Agricultural Town of the Year Award.
Now it’s your chance to get involved.
Cast your vote before June 20 to help highlight the contribution of our local communities!
The winning town will be announced at the South Australian Regional Showcase Awards in early November, with a celebration event to follow in the awarded town.
