Have your say on the draft Hills and Fleurieu Regional Landscape Plan 2026-2031
The Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board is currently seeking community and partner feedback on the draft Hills and Fleurieu Regional Landscape Plan 2026-2031. This plan sets priorities for improving the health and climate resilience of our landscapes through community stewardship of land, water and nature.
Background
The Draft Hills and Fleurieu Regional Landscape Plan 2026-2031 has been shaped by a review of the current plan and the insights and ideas shared through the 2025 Landscape Conversations held across the region. They now invite you to review the draft and tell them whether it reflects what matters most to you and your community.
The draft focuses on five priorities shaped by community input:
- Community - Everyone caring for our landscapes
- Climate - A net-zero, climate-resilient region
- Land - Healthy, productive land supporting people, industry and nature
- Water - Sustainable water management and healthy waterways
- Nature - Protecting and restoring native ecosystems and wildlife
This plan is developed by the Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board on behalf of the organisations and land managers who have a role in landscape management.
Submissions close 6th March 2026.
