Uraidla Play Space upgrade is underway!

Exciting news for Uraidla!

Construction of the Uraidla Play Space on Greenhill Road has officially begun, following strong collaboration between the community, council staff, and stakeholders.

“I’m pleased to see the Uraidla Play Space Upgrade project progress to construction phase after many hours of community, staff and stakeholder input.” said Mayor Nathan Daniell.

“Council would like to thank the Uraidla and surrounding community for their involvement, support and patience as we have progressed the important final steps. The overall outcome is a positive one for this much- loved local reserve and we look forward to the completion of the Uraidla Play Space around the end of June 2026.” 

The upgraded space will feature new play equipment, swings, nature play elements, fencing, and shelters, along with additional reserve improvements.

We look forward to seeing this exciting new space come to life for the community.
