Young Driver Awareness Course Wednesday 15 April

This course is all about defensive driving.

The course covers defensive driving theory and improves driving technique with practical exercises. Learn things many instructors don't teach!

Learn about:

  • Braking and steering techniques
  • Safe following distance
  • Understanding alcohol, distraction, peer pressure, fatigue
  • Accident avoidance
  • Plus much more!

This course is subsidised to $50 per person by the Adelaide Hills Council, who are supporting L or P-plate drivers who live, work, go to school, play sports or volunteer in the Adelaide Hills Council district.

  • Participants will need to bring their own vehicle
  • Learners MUST be accompanied by a supervising driver (Please ensure the L's ticket is purchased as it includes your supervisor for our catering purposes.)
  • We encourage probationary drivers to be accompanied, but this is not essential; please book a ticket accordingly if you are bringing a supervisor. This is for catering purposes.
